Dry Fruit Pancake

Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour 1 1/2 cups
  • Eggs 2 cups
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
  • Dry Mixed Fruits,silvered 1/2 cups
  • Sugar 1/4 cups
  • Full Fat Milk 1 cups
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

Directions

Whisk in two eggs along with sugar first

Beat until creamy.

Add in vanilla essence too.

Now start adding the flour little by little and mixing.

Add milk also simultaneously so that everything blends well.

Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes only.

Heat a pan and smear with little butter.

Add a big ladleful of the batter on it.

Add slivered nuts on top. You can choose any of your favourite nuts.

Cover and cook until fluffy and tiny bubbles are seen on top.

Flip it over and cook on the other side too until light golden in colour.

Serve them with honey or maple syrup. Fresh cream or whipped cream and lots of seasonal fruits are also the best alternatives.

This is my innovative idea for all the lovely kids. Infact these are perfect for everyone to relish for breakfast.
